Last updated: July 2026
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. This policy describes how to report content that infringes your copyright, in line with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
1. User content
Only post content (text, images, logos) you have the right to use. Do not upload protected material without the rights-holder’s permission.
2. How to report infringement (notice-and-takedown)
Send a notice to the address below, including:
- Your contact details and the capacity in which you act (owner or representative).
- Identification of the protected work and the reported content (the exact link).
- A statement that the use is unauthorised and that the information is accurate.
3. What we do
We review the notice and, if it is well-founded, remove or hide the content and may inform the user who posted it. The user may submit a counter-notice if they claim a right to use the material.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
