AI Content Policy

Descurcă-te.uk uses artificial intelligence to help you with CVs, listing descriptions, images and other tools. This policy explains where we use AI, its limitations and your responsibilities.

1. Where we use AI

  • CV builder (English text generated from your details in Romanian).
  • Descriptions and images for job and service listings.
  • Recruitment tools (interview questions, match score, messages) and free tools (contract analyzer, CIS assistant, etc.).
  • Recommendations and matching (e.g. suggested jobs).

2. Guidance only

AI-generated outputs are indicative, may contain errors or out-of-date information, and do NOT constitute legal, financial, tax or immigration advice. Always check important information against official sources (gov.uk, HMRC) before making decisions.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish, even if it was generated with AI. Review and correct outputs before using them. The AI does not invent skills, experience or data that you did not provide.

4. AI-generated images

  • Do not use AI images to mislead (e.g. implying premises, awards or people that don’t exist).
  • Do not generate images that imitate real people, trademarks or copyrighted material.
  • We clearly flag where content is AI-created, for transparency.

5. Data sent to AI

To generate results, some of the data you enter is processed by third-party AI providers. Do not enter sensitive information you don’t need to (e.g. card details, passwords, insurance numbers). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No solely-automated decisions

AI-generated recommendations and scores (e.g. the CV–job match score) are support tools, not final decisions. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing, in line with your rights under UK GDPR.

7. Limitations

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of AI-generated content, and availability may depend on third-party providers. We may change or discontinue AI features at any time.
